Our Process Servers are all Licensed Investigators.

WE Accept:

• SUPREME COURT
• RESIDENTIAL TENANCY ACT...

..or any other documents that must be properly served.
Located on the Lower Mainland (Greater Vancouver-West Coast) of British Columbia, Canada.
If your papers need to be served outside of our general area, we can forward them for you.

Documents can be served anywhere in the world....except Japan- Please ask for a quote.

Golden West has one set fee for Service and Affidavit preparation.  $150.00 per (HST in addition)

This FLAT fee includes up to 3 attempts after which, with your instruction, we will either::

A-     Make further attempts at  .75 cents per Km …or

B-     Prepare an Affidavit of Attempted Service as requested: First page included- Additional fee for each additional page MAY be added.

      Additional Parties: Same time- Same Location: $35.00 per

Additional Parties: Different time or location:   $90.00 per

Mileage / KM’s:

Outside the GVRD (east of Langley or past Horseshoe Bay) , km’s are charged in addition from the outside perimeter to the point of service and return to that outside perimeter: @  .75 cents per km

Exception: Langley and Fort Langley Customers:- As your documents will be served by our NEW Langley office, km's do not start until Aldergrove.

Stand-By or surveillance (request) time: $75.00 per hour or portion

General inquiries are always made at N/C if the party to be served has moved.

E-mail documents to our office for service: .35 per page  (pages are counted by the number of copies required)

If you are past the boundaries of: Vancouver - Port Coquitlam- West Vancouver, North Surrey/Delta, we will return your documents via postal mail. There is a min $5.00 shipping / handling fee.

Applicable taxes are in addition.

Need you papers served? Here is what you do:

Package your documents ( copy to be served plus 1 set for the affidavit / certificate of service) and send it via: REGULAR MAIL or EXPRESS POST ( not courier ) to our contact address. or........If they do not have to be originals that are served , you may E-mail documents to our office for service: .35 per page  (pages are counted by the number of copies required)

If you have additional information (work location or ??) please include it in your package. Make sure you have including your VALID address and phone number.

Once received, we will contact you to set up your account to be paid by VISA or MASTERCARD (no Amex)

Service is then put into action. Once it is done, we will return your documents with the affidavit / certificate or affidavit of attempted service by regular mail. 

We are not lawyers or Provincially licensed Bailiffs so please do not ask for advise on how to enforce your documents or judgment. Our job is to serve your documents. Before you send your documents, please READ and READ again, this whole page. Sending to our mail box is your verification that you fully understand all aspects of that we offer and the fees attached. NO EXCEPTIONS.
