Our Process Servers are
all Licensed Investigators.

..or any other documents that must be properly served.
Located on the Lower Mainland (Greater Vancouver-West Coast) of British
Columbia, Canada.
If your papers need to be served outside of our general area, we can forward
them for you.
Documents can be served anywhere in the world....except Japan- Please
ask for a quote.
Process Serving: Rate Schedule.
General Public Rates.
General Public rates include: Local Public
and all other requests from outside the lower mainland.
If you are local, we will
pick up your documents, serve them and return the affidavit /
certificate of service to you. |

1.Small
Claims. 2. Supreme 3. Residential Tenancy or other
Anywhere within
the Metro Region (GVRD)- Golden West has one set fee for Service and Affidavit
preparation - $90.00 per
This FLAT fee
includes up to 3 attempts after which, with your instruction, we will
either::
A-
Make further attempts at
.50 cents per Km …or
B-
Prepare an Affidavit of
Attempted Service as requested (no additional charge)
Additional
Parties: Same time- Same Location: $35.00 per
Additional
Parties: Different time or location: $90.00 per
Mileage / KM’s:
Outside the GVRD
(east of Langley or past Horseshoe Bay) , km’s are charged in addition
from the outside perimeter to the point of service and return to that
outside perimeter: @ .50 cents per km
Exception:
Langley and Fort Langley Customers:- As you will be served by our NEW
Langley office, km's do not start until after Aldergrove and West
Vancouver.
Stand-By or
surveillance (request) time: $65.00 per hour or portion
General inquiries
are always made at N/C if the party to be served has moved.
E-mail
documents to our office for service: First 10 pages: Free.
Each additional
page: .35 per page (pages are counted by the number of copies required)
If you are past the
boundaries of: Vancouver - Port Coquitlam- West Vancouver, North
Surrey/Delta, we will return your documents via postal mail. There is a
$5.00 shipping / handling fee.
Applicable taxes
are in addition.

PLEASE TAKE
NOTE: As you are NOT a law firm client; should you require a Notarized /
Sworn affidavit, there will be an additional fee of $35.00 disbursement
to have a lawyer / notary take our affidavit of service. The exception
is FAMILY COURT Matters. Family Court matters are sworn at the nearest
Court Registry with no fee attached.
Filing our
Affidavit: If your action was filed in the New Westminster or Port
Coquitlam Court House, we will file our affidavit of service for free
(as long as the account was pre-paid). If your action was filed in
another court house, we will return our sworn affidavit to the client
for filing.

Our Process Servers cover: Vancouver, Burnaby, New
Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam,Port Moody, North and West Vancouver,
Surrey, Pitt Meadows, Richmond, Delta, Maple Ridge, Fort Langley and White
Rock for one set fee. A small charge for km's is charged past Langley or
Horseshoe Bay. Outside of the lower mainland
Services: A small handling fee plus disbursements will apply should be we
asked to forward to another process server / investigator closer to the
point of service.-Please ask for a quote. |
