Golden West Investigative Group Ltd does not conduct Worker's Compensation investigations for Work Safe BC (W.C.B.) Our role is to assist the employer by helping to lower their Penalty Premiums with active surveillance being initiated as soon as the claim has been filed. It is imperative that the employer have all the facts quickly in their hands so that if there is a reason to dispute the claim, they will be able to do so before the claim has been approved.

It has been proven time and time again, that if  a company has a high track record of NO CONTEST claims, the employees that know  their counterparts are "MILKING IT" will become disgruntled. It has also been proven time and time again that if an employer takes a pro-active role when it comes to unsubstantiated claims, the loyal employees will drop hints to their employer that there is a problem. They quite often will take the stand-"why should he / she be collecting a free pay cheque at our expense"

Golden West Investigative Group Ltd has set out criteria to employers in the past which, when acted upon, have greatly reduced the lost time hours and lowered their penalty premiums. These measures have also helped to strengthen employer-employee relations. HOW?? When it comes to contract  negotiations, the employer has more funds to bargain with through these savings.
