“How May We Be Of Service”
| Our Process Servers cover: Vancouver, Burnaby, New
Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam,Port Moody, North and West Vancouver,
Surrey, Pitt Meadows, Richmond, Delta, Maple Ridge, Fort Langley and White
Rock for one set fee. A small charge for km's is charged past Langley City or
Horseshoe Bay. Outside of the lower mainland Services: A small handling fee plus disbursements will apply should be we asked to forward to another process server / investigator closer to the point of service.-Please ask for a quote.

Law Firm Service Fee: (British Columbia)
Due to the rising gas prices, we have had to change our rate structure and add a fee for kilometers. To help compensate for this change, we have lowered our SERVICE fee and made other modifications. Please read the rate structure below that will be in effect as of March 3, 2012. These rates are subject change according to the price of gasoline.
Service Fees:

Charge:
Km’s are charged from either the Vancouver, New West Court house (whichever is closer) or our Langley office. Km’s on a regular service are charged round trip on the first two attempts to one address - one way is charge on all subsequent attempts unless specifically instructed to make further attempts. |

Out of Town Handling Fees.
Regular service past Horseshoe Bay or Abbotsford / Mission is handled by an associate who has their own rate schedule. We will forward your documents and return the same with the affidavit and statement of account (their fee to us plus a small handling fee).
