How May We Be of Service?

Process Serving Division:

Our Process Servers are all Licensed Investigators.

We Accept:

SMALL CLAIMS
SUPREME COURT
RESIDENTIAL TENANCY ACT...

..or any other documents that must be properly served.
Located on the Lower Mainland (Greater Vancouver-West Coast) of British Columbia, Canada.
If your papers need to be served outside of our general area, we can forward them for you.

Documents can be served anywhere in the world....except Japan- Please ask for a quote.

Process Serving Rate Schedule. Local Law Firms ONLY

Please Note: If you are not a local law firm, please see our GENERAL PUBLIC rates.

1.Small Claims. 2. Supreme 3. Residential Tenancy or other

Anywhere within the Metro Region (GVRD)- Golden West has one set fee for Service and Affidavit preparation - $90.00 per

This FLAT fee includes up to 3 attempts after which, with your instruction, we will either::

A- Make further attempts at .75 cents per Km …or

B- Prepare an Affidavit of Attempted Service as requested (no additional charge) -notarization fee may apply.

Additional Parties: Same time- Same Location: $35.00 per

Additional Parties: Different time or location: $90.00 per

**If we are not having the affidavit sworn at your office- Add $20.00 disbursement**

Affidavit of Attempted Service: More than one page preparation MAY require an additional charge.

Mileage / KM’s:

Outside the GVRD (east of Langley City or past Horseshoe Bay) , km’s are charged in addition from the outside perimeter to the point of service and return to that outside perimeter: @ .65 cents per km

Exception: Langley and Fort Langley Customers:- As you will be served by our NEW Langley office, service locations past the boundaries will be charged km's from Aldergrove.

Stand-By or surveillance (request) time: $75.00 per hour or portion

General inquiries are always made at N/C if the party to be served has moved.

E-mail documents to our office for service: .35 per page (pages are counted by the number of copies required)

Sending via MAIL / Courier: Our listed address on the contact page will accept mail and express post only. For courier delivery, please ask for the the address for delivery.

Applicable taxes are in addition.

Please note: If you are a law firm outside of the the GREATER VANCOUVER area and require a sworn affidavit, a small fee will apply in additional to any service or km charges.

Return via mail: (Canada Post) min $5.00 Return via Courier: To be calculated by courier used. Local law firms receive their documents personally .

Golden West Investigative Group Ltd. is a licensed Private Investigation firm in the Province of British Columbia. Owner and President of Golden West Investigative Group Ltd, D.M.(Riun) Lawrence, has been a licensed Private Investigator in the Province of British Columbia since 1980.

Golden West has provided Professional Investigative and Surveillance services to Legal, Municipal, Insurance, Corporate (small and large), Governmental and general public clients since 1986.

“How May We Be Of Service”

Our Process Servers cover: Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam,Port Moody, North and West Vancouver, Surrey, Pitt Meadows, Richmond, Delta, Maple Ridge, Fort Langley and White Rock for one set fee. A small charge for km's is charged past Langley City or Horseshoe Bay.

Outside of the lower mainland Services: A small handling fee plus disbursements will apply should be we asked to forward to another process server / investigator closer to the point of service.-Please ask for a quote.
